Nutritional Consulting
Welcome to your personalized wellness space.
I’m here to support you in improving your health through evidence-based, compassionate, and realistic nutrition guidance — all from the comfort of your home. Sessions are held virtually through a secure and user-friendly video platform.
Just like in-person consultations, our online sessions are designed to clarify your questions, address your goals, and build a personalized, sustainable plan that works for you.
Conditions I commonly work with include:
-General health and prevention
-Digestive concerns (bloating, diarrhea, constipation, reflux, fatigue)
-Hormonal balance (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, PMS, metabolic syndrome)
-Cardiovascular support (high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol or triglycerides)
-Mental and emotional wellbeing (anxiety, insomnia)
-Lactation and breastfeeding support
-Prenatal nutrition and fertility preparation
-Acne and food sensitivities
-Intuitive eating and improving your relationship with food

My name is Astrid Möller. I am a licensed nutritionist in Florida and Connecticut, with over a decade of academic training and clinical experience in personalized nutrition.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Central University of Venezuela, a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport (USA), and an International Master’s in Clinical and Sports Nutrition from Universidad Isabel I (Spain).
I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) — one of the most respected credentials in advanced clinical nutrition in the U.S. I am also a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
AM Nutrition was born from the need to provide clear, compassionate, and evidence-based guidance on how to nourish the body without falling into extremes or obsessions.
My approach is not only focused on disease prevention, but also on helping you enhance your energy levels, mental clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
I believe in a flexible, mindful, and sustainable approach to nutrition — one that honors your goals, your context, and your relationship with food.
